We had an excellent stay here as a family of 3. Perfect location for sightseeing. The room we had was great, bathroom & shower was really good and also had a Tv with Netflix for us to watch with our daughter. Unfortunately on our 2nd night after going out for food our daughter suffered a severe anaphylactic shock reaction as soon as we got back to the hotel. Thankfully the gentleman on reception (Didn’t get his name) rang for an ambulance straight away and it arrived within 10 mins. We’re extremely grateful to him for his prompt reaction as it was a big help in saving her life as she was able to get hospital treatment straight away. We were then able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we were in the hospital and collected them the next day without any problems. Highly recommend staying here.

I can’t recommend this place enough!!! The lady at the reception was the cutest and most friendliest person I’ve ever seen in my life. I needed some ice for my sprained ankle and she did her best to find me some. Our room was kind of cold and they offered us some type of heateners. They were sooo helpful and kind. The room was so luxurious that it felt a bit too much since we are only students, travelling on a budget 😅 I’ve stayed in sooo many places and this is definetaly in my top three. The location was great and the breakfast was really rich, high quality and exceptional. I offer my special thanks to the lady at the reception for her friendly attitude. You’re the best 💓If you’re looking for a perfect place, this is it. You shouldn’t miss this place.

It was close to everywhere! Had a great location. Clean and a compact hotel. The breakfast had enough varieties. What i didnt like about the hotel is that they had put nespresso coffee machines to the rooms without capsule, not even one!! When i had asked for a capsule they said if you want to drink coffee you need to go out and buy! Then why did you put that machine to the room… any way It was interesting…another point to mention is our room was facing the street and the street cleaners or rubbish collectors were starting to clean around 7am in the morning which made soo much noise.. we were with a kid so we are already waking up early.. but if you want to sleep more, then it might be noisy for you..

Old hotel very good for its money. It could not be located more centrally. It is right by the Cathedral. All the sights are from 1 min to 20 min away on foot. Standard for an Italian 3 star hotel breakfast (no hot dishes, but there are sliced meats, cheeses, toast, pastry). The window of our room faced the inner courtyard, but this was even better (no noise from the street).

ELEVATOR CAN NOT GIVE OPINION ABOUT BREAKFAST CAUSE I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GET IT BECAUSE OF EARLY TOURS I TOOK . THE GUY WITH GLASSES AND GREY HAIR BOOKED ME A TAXI FOR AN EARLY RIDE I NEED IT TO THE TRAIN STATION , I APPRECIATED THAT .
